You can explain how you feel and get the support of a specialist.

How does it work?

Request the service and a coach will call you to provide support.

    Request the service.

  • 2Talk to a coach:

    Our coaches will review your consultation details and will then contact you within 2 working days to discuss your case.

  • 3Get support:

    They will determine the support and treatment you need.

This is not an emergency service and below are some conditions we would not be able to treat: Thoughts of suicide or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, Severe depression, PTSD, Personality disorders, domestic violence and drug and alcohol dependency.
